Click the + icon located in the top bar.
Choose the Database you wish to add the new record to, then click create new record
Populate the details and click save.
Importing New Leads/Contacts into an existing Database
Navigate to the Database Manager and Click Options on the Database you wish to import new records into then click Import New Leads/Contacts.
Import the CSV file and Map your columns:
Blue = Found a Match
Red = Select what field you want the data to be imported into.
Choose what you want to do with duplicates:
Skip columns that are the same from this import tells Sanity OS to check your CSV file for duplicates and skip any that are the same.
Skip records from this import that already exist based on selected fields tells Sanity OS to check your CSV file against records already stored in Sanity OS. When you select this option you will notice a checkbox becomes available on the column (like the example below):
Choose one column as the identifier so Sanity OS can check these columns against your CSV file and skip anything that exists in the database.
Update columns from this import that already exist based on selected fields tells Sanity OS to update records that may already exist in Sanity OS with the Data from the CSV file. Choose one column as the identifier for Sanity OS to cross check against records in your CSV.
For example if the email column is ticked then records in Sanity OS will only be updated if the CSV file contains the same email address as the record in Sanity OS.
