The appointment calendar supports users of Sanity OS as well as external team members.
Firstly, whether you're an external team member or internal user make sure you've added yourself to the sales team member list- Click here to find out how.
To create an appointment:
1: Open a Lead or Contact
2: Click Book Appointment
3: Populate the Appointment Details
Send this lead a confirmation email will send the person you are booking the appointment with a calendar invite and message confirming the date and time.
Send a confirmation & reminder to Sales Person will send the person you are booking the appointment on behalf (if not yourself) the date and time with a calendar sync request and a pdf containing the details of the entire record including notes.
Once booked the relevant information is triggered to the recipients by email and the appointment is added to the appointment calendar which is accessible via:
Appointments>> Appointment Calendar
You can click any appointment on the calendar and in order to change, cancel or view more details.
