Parking (or archiving) a Database is simple.
It simply puts it aside (out of the view of your day to day use of the system) until you need it again. In other words its hidden from you and all of your users.
You can re-activate it anytime you wish and in a few simple clicks
To park a Database you must be a primary/team admin user
Navigate to the Database manager>> Click options on the Database in question>> Click Park Database.
When you perform the above action you will notice that its nolonger in view and that your leads, contacts, reports, appointments relating to this database will also be hidden out of sight.
To reactivate a Database navigate to: Database Manager >> Parked
Click Re-activate on the database you wish to restore.
Any associated appointments, information, leads and contacts will be restored as well.
